Barry Sahagian - Harmonics
A very interesting book with a group of harmonic charts and chords index and diagrams. Barry Sahagian presents some ways to mutiply the possibilities of Harmonic and chords playing.
Barry Sahagian
Originally from Boston, studied at Berklee College in the 70s. After Berklee Barry toured with various bands for about 10 years. In the early 80's he settled down in Boston to teach and perform. Also at that time he began to engage in his passion of composition. In order to waste no time he started his own publishing company called "Jayne Publications" named after his wife. His small company gained international sales and allowed him to write with out the restrictions of working for someone else. In the next 10 years he wrote over 30 music books and sound recordings, 2 CDs and 7 instructional Videos still on the market today. In the Millenium, he relocated to Vermont and created the Jazz series "Jazz on a Sunday Afternoon" at the Catamount Arts Center in St Johnsbury, still happening to this day. He continues to write new compositions and has produced 3 new CDs of original Jazz compostions in the last few years. His music company evolved into a new a new company now 10 years old called Bassplace which has 6 websites, he and his wife operate, selling music books all over the globe.
